Foxtail on the Lake
Foxtail on the Lake is a story of transformation from the former Good Shepherd Lutheran Church into a popular Mediterranean restaurant on Lake Opeka.  The project was a dream for owner David Villegas, a Des Plaines native, who received a Business Assistance Grant from the city to help fund the endeavor.
